Utilization of Fish Bone Waste for Food

This article study aims to explain the use of fishbone waste in its processed form on daily food product, analyze an extent it’s strength and potential Indonesia identify usage. The method used this is a qualitative descriptive using secondary data sources. research done by reviewing analyzing various literature correlated fish bone From associated data, discovered that mainly as calcium source wich has different value depending utillization ingredients substitute or additive for product improvements still being developed day.
